amazing stay!
cheerful service funky vibe excellent service
The team welcomed me warmly at check-in, offering such cheerful and professional service. the bar has a modern, funky vibe with a great look, i really loved it. breakfast had plentiful offerings, the staff gave excellent service. check out matched the friendliness of check-in. They were most helpful, ordering my taxi and holding my luggage until i returned later. i can definitely recommend it for its great service and value!
the room was very dark. dated features seemed strange, especially considering the room price i paid. it would be nice to see brighter spaces with some more modern updates to reflect the price.

My club double room featured modern decor with comfortable furnishings, it had a spacious layout that included a separate dressing area. the bathroom had a contemporary design, it was spacious and well-appointed with quality fixtures. The bed was comfortable!

a beautiful stay
tube access attentive staff fresh ingredients
the location provides convenient access to nearby tube stations. staff were quite attentive and helpful with directions. i found the breakfast had many choices and fresh ingredients. i enjoyed that the room offered silence and a quiet retreat from city noises.
a security deposit was requested during check in which i was not expecting.

the club double room included nice decorations and offered a lot of natural light. the bathroom was quite spacious and featured both a nice shower and modern fixtures. i could have spent forever in there.

the hotel had easy access to public transportation, especially the elizabeth line. staff were always around if i needed any help regarding where to go. it was amazing that a gym and spa were within easy access too.

useful fridge great wardrobe multiple restaurants
the room included a fridge and hairdryer which was useful. there was great wardrobe space available for luggage. the location was near multiple restaurants. the hotel provided everything needed for the duration of my stay
i noticed a constant bubbling sound throughout the night. it seemed to originate from behind the bathroom wall. it sounded like water boiling consistently which was disruptive

central location great room size really good breakfast small bed standard room disrespectful treatment
the location was great, close to barbican tube station, thats awesome. the room size was also great, especially for central. breakfast was really good and i really enjoyed it, wow.
i was not happy with the first room, it was the standard room, you know. the bed was too small for us, really. i was told i was disrespectful for sitting outside with a coffee, that's not good.

Mixed experience due to noise
loud glass bottle clearance total disruption
The room was comfortable.
I was woken each morning before 7am by very loud glass bottle clearance from bins in the street, a total disruption. I didn't ask to change rooms since it was a short stay. The noise really affected my sleep.

company policy extra money
The room had all the facilities i needed. It even had some nice extra touches.
The receptionist took an extra amount of money from us upon checking in, which left us short on our budget. I was told this was company policy, but later learned this wasn't true and i should have complained to management.
